Can’t Make It to Your Appointment?
Avoid No-Show Fees!
Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations in advance to avoid fees: $40 for regular visits, $75 for physicals, and $100 for specialist consultations missed.

Appointments scheduled with Dr. Zikic, Dr. Gurwitz, or Dr. Hsieh require a minimum of 2 business days’ notice for cancellation. If you cancel with less notice or do not attend your appointment, you will automatically be charged $200.00.
Make sure you receive a confirmation response if you cancel your appointment over the phone or email.​

Prescription Refill Policy
At Malvern Medical Centre, our priority is ensuring that patients receive timely and appropriate medical care. As part of this commitment, we want to inform you about a potential $20 prescription refill fee, which may apply at your physician’s discretion.

If you prefer not to pay the fee, you can schedule an appointment with your doctor for a no-cost refill.
Zero Tolerance Policy
At Malvern Medical Centre, we are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for both our patients and staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abuse, whether in person, over the phone, or through digital communications.
Aggressive behavior, including physical violence, verbal abuse, or online harassment, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from our patient list and, in extreme cases, involvement of law enforcement authorities.
