Health Cards must be shown at every visit
 

• Health cards must be scanned every time a patient checks in to confirm health card eligibility

• Invalid health cards will not be accepted and the visit may incur a charge

Non-OHIP patients are accepted at the clinic

• We accept private insurance, IFH, out-of-province health cards and direct payment(subject to doctor approval)

How can I renew my Health Card?

• Please make sure your health card is valid as the government has stopped the grace period due to COVID.

• You can check this on your health card itself

• Please use this link to renew your Ontario Health Card online

• Patients with invalid health cards may be charged for their appointment
