How do I renew my prescriptions?

Ask your pharmacy to send a prescription refill request to our office by fax

Please give 3-4 days for the doctor to complete the renewal

We recommend to ask your pharmacy for a refill when you have 1-2 weeks of medication left to avoid running out

Please be aware NOT ALL physicians do fax prescription renewals

You can book an appointment with your doctor for prescription renewals as well
