Q:  Why do I receive an invoice for missed appointments?

A:  Missed appointments are not covered by OHIP.  Appointments are at a premium. We can always use appointment slots made available by cancellations. Remember, if you cannot attend perhaps someone else can.  Please give our office a call if you need to cancel or reschedule.
